Always You and Me helps you plan a wedding. To do that we store the information you enter — event details, guest names, contact details, RSVP answers, seating plans, budget entries and gifts.

That information belongs to you. It is visible only inside your own account, and your public RSVP page shows just what you choose to publish there: the event name, date, venue, photos and gift options, together with the form that guests use to send you their details.

Guests who submit your announcement form send their name, email, mailing address and an optional message. Those submissions land in your guest list and are not used for anything else.

We do not sell your data. We use the information you provide to run the features you use, to send email you ask us to send, and to process your subscription payments.

You can delete an event at any time, which removes the event and its planning records. To close your account and have your data removed, contact us through your account settings.

By creating an account you agree to use Always You and Me for your own wedding planning and to enter information that is accurate and that you have permission to share.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as shown at checkout, and a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your plan and billing settings.

You are responsible for the guest information you upload and for the emails you ask us to send. Please do not use the service to send unsolicited mail.

The service is provided as-is while it is developed. Features may change, and we may suspend access for accounts that misuse the platform.
